⚠️ CRITICAL NOTARIZATION REQUIREMENTS ⚠️
Forms marked with 🔴 "REQUIRES NOTARIZATION" below MUST be notarized by a licensed notary public BEFORE we can accept them.
❌ WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT:
- • Accept non-notarized forms that require notarization
- • Release vehicles without proper notarized authorization
- • Make exceptions to notarization requirements
- • Process incomplete or improperly notarized documents
WHERE TO GET FORMS NOTARIZED: Banks, credit unions, UPS stores, shipping centers, law offices, county clerks, or mobile notary services. Many offer free notary services to customers. Bring valid government-issued photo ID when visiting a notary.
Third-Party Vehicle Pickup: If ANYONE other than the registered vehicle owner is picking up the vehicle, the Hold Harmless and Release form is MANDATORY and MUST be notarized. No exceptions - this is Oklahoma state law.

Required legal document for immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents) or legal representatives to retrieve a vehicle when the registered owner has passed away or become legally incapacitated

Legal document granting Razas Towing and Recovery (or designated agent) authority to handle vehicle registration, title transfer, and licensing matters with Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Division on your behalf

FOR PROPERTY OWNERS ONLY - Official Oklahoma Department of Public Safety form (DPS 180WS 009) to request legal removal and impound of abandoned or unauthorized vehicles from your private property

Notarization Reminder:
Forms requiring notarization MUST have a notary public's signature, stamp, and seal. Forms without proper notarization will be rejected. Most banks offer free notary services to customers.
